The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager Lead to join our exceptional Marketing team. This role will report to our Head of Marketing and will be the core liaison to the cross-functional internal and external partners. This position will be a key pillar to supporting the overall evolution and performance of the Marketing team as the company scales. This role will be responsible for managing creative projects that drive brand expression across all channels, delivering project objectives and deliverables on time, within scope and budget. This role is based at AIR COMPANY HQ in Soho, NY.

  • Implement and design team processes, templates, and briefs that enable cross-functional project intake, prioritization, and high-fidelity project management capabilities.
  • Drive all aspects of project management to ensure exceptional creative and timeline delivery across internal and external teams.
  • Manage all creative requests and team assignments, working closely with marketing leadership to identify and provide solutions around prioritization, organizational, and resource challenges.
  • Execute quarterly project planning sessions - plan and structure initiatives, resources, and budgets to align with company priorities.
  • Partner with marketing leads to maintain weekly communication of project status, schedules, and tracking across projects.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external teams, vendors, and partners to build trust and align on priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment with extraordinary attention to detail and world-class design.

What you bring to AIR COMPANY

  • 7+ years experience managing projects, partners, and people in established creative marketing environments.
  • Expertise in managing full-cycle creative projects from intake, strategy to execution.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, identify opportunities to optimize projects and processes, and report project metrics to leadership.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted projects, timelines, and teams to execute a high caliber of work consistently.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to clearly communicate with external and internal audiences, distilling priorities, objectives, and strategy into practical plans.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Figma, and equivalents.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Passionate about sustainability and technology solutions to help solve some of the planet’s biggest challenges.


Salary Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
