Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate at Bolt.Earth you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and relevant information in the customer database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide support, and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product changes to adapt to evolving customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and areas for improvement.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to work with CRM software.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle a high-volume workload.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada is preferred
