Key Requirements

• Strong sense and grasp of graphic design/communication design/branding.
• Work with the Head of Design, Design lead and Design team to produce seamless solutions within a fast-moving setup.
• Deliver high-quality designs that are scalable and flexible across products and collaterals.
• Research, evaluate, and visually communicate ideas through mood and storyboards.
• Clearly understand and translate business and technical requirements (briefs) into effective design solutions.
• Seamless brand integration throughout platforms and products.
• Help develop and upgrade brand identity/collaterals.
• Should work with various social and digital platforms for the Marketing team.

Must Have

• Upto 2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in product design is a plus).
• Should have experience working with design guidelines and design systems.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in Figma is beneficial.
• Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
