Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.

• Account Management: Ensure client accounts are well-maintained and compliant with company policies and standards.

• Conflict Resolution: Knowing how to de-escalate conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions is valuable in maintaining customer relationships.

• Interpersonal Skills: Building and nurturing relationships with customers and collaborating with colleagues require strong interpersonal skills.

• Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and support, to ensure a consistent customer experience is important.

• Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to track client satisfaction, accounts, performance, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• 2 to 6 years of experience in client relationship/Key accounts management or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in upselling and post-sales service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in using various tools.

• Sales and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates.

• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• English, Hindi and Kannada will be preferred.
