The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO, helping build the company culture and develop world class processes. The work will involve: 

• Designing, building and running company processes, incl. strategy sessions, target setting, HR processes, etc., in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team  
• Ensuring alignment across the leadership team, flagging and help resolving misalignments when needed  
• Work with Executive Assistant to ensure coordination amongst leadership group

• Structured and independent - ability to lead and follow up corporate processes 
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills - the person will be working closely with the entire leadership team
• 2-5 years+ experience in a world class professional organization setting, e.g. consulting, tech 
• Excellent personal and professional skill set and track record 
• Ambition, drive passion and alignment with the Carbon Crusher mission 
• Excellent communication skills
