Our VP/Dir Finance overall responsibility is to ensure the company vision and mission is optimally reflected in all financial goals, and to make sure we use finance and metrics effectively as strategic tool to adjust and achieve the CC goals.

• Own all things finance – from AR and AP, to our five year strategic plan and everything in between!
• Manage all aspects of cash flow by monitoring the in and outflows of capital (e.g., implement billing and expense tracking processes)
• Own all aspects of accounting operations & financial reporting (including taxes, audits, etc) in collaboration with external service providers for all countries we are involved in.
• Develop quarterly and yearly financial projections 
• Model financing options, including debt and equity financing and advise on path forward
• Work closely with our Technology and Operations teams to model project and CRAAS (crushing-as-a-service) developments and implement systems to track and forecast budgets on a quarterly and annual basis
• Create reports and dashboards for key financial metrics 
• Evaluate and select an auditing firm and be the main point of contact for all financial audits and finance requests

• Excellent personal and professional skill set and track record 
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, and/or business finance
• Prior experience from scaling start-up from seed/series A and onwards preferred 
• Expert at financial modeling and have the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models 
• No need to do the bookkeeping and accounting yourself, but you can confidently walk through the books, P&L and balance sheet 
• Ability to lead a small team as we grow is desired. Previous experience leading a team not a requirement, but welcomed
