We're looking for a Chief of Staff to join our awesome executive team.

As Hoxton Farms’ Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with the co-founders to prioritise and streamline their work, supporting key activities such as fundraising, board governance, investor relations, PR and company-wide communications. You will solve problems, build processes, communicate new ideas and move quickly. You will independently spearhead strategic and operational projects ranging from business operations to market access, intellectual property to budgeting.

At every step, you’ll play a huge role in cultivating a deliciously fatty future.

This role is fully in person in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• preparing fundraising materials and investor communications
• preparing for board meetings, supporting board governance and compliance
• establishing and supporting R&D partnerships and building our supply chain
• managing in-house and outsourced legal, regulatory and intellectual property projects
• supporting our go-to-market and building commercial partnerships
• developing and executing strategic plans
• creating and owning company-wide communications and processes
• overseeing day-to-day operations to support the co-founders
  
  

You should have:

• At least four years’ professional experience, including two years’ experience in an operational or strategic role at a series A-C startup
• Excellent communication and presentation skills including a high standard of written English
• A proven ability to prioritise and execute quickly under a high task load
• Experience designing processes and building structure to scale internal and external company operations
• Experience with startup fundraising, venture capital and investor relations
• A talent for teamwork and collaboration
  
  

Ideally you'll have experience in some, but not necessarily all, of the following areas:

• Familiarity with the meat-alternatives industry
• Biotechnology or biomanufacturing
• Board governance
• Financial modelling
• Marketing, public relations and social media
• Legal documents and contracts
